Memories

While looking through at the papers and files in the bedroom last two days, I found few copies of photos during the convocation of arwah Hanif. It was exactly 20 years ago in Leicester.

Mr. Collin called and would like to speak to En. Hanif, katanya. Sekali lagi saya terangkan kepadanya, "Mr. Collin, my husband is no longer around and it was a sudden death two years ago". Mengeluh panjang beliau and saya perlu terangkan buat sekelian kalinya untuk memaksa beliau mempercayai cerita ini.

Sebenarnya di sepanjang dua tahun pemergian arwah, masih ada yang hubungi untuk berbincang dengannya apalagi kalau bukan kerana kerja, moderation of exam papers, PTPL, INCEIF and many more. And now Im telling myself i need to allow maybe for another 5 years or 10 years to really accept and to let it go..

By the way, I guess it's still never too late to wish Eid Mubarak to all muslims..

Thanks a lot. Held in Bangi. Really enjoyed the time observing and admiring the life long friendships between them. The tahlil session touched my heart.

Million thanks to Ustaz Nasrun, his dearest wife and the whole family for the great hospitality. May Allah bless..

Our sincere thanks to Geng SMAWP 85-87 for the great and wonderful get together. If only arwah is still around....

May I admit that the photos, the phone call, the gathering and the stories I shared with Pn.Nona, En. Hazran and  Ms Adib and the others today brought back many memories about him...Al-Fatihah.
